Recently, I’ve made the deliberate decision to move my full-length music behind the free member-only page. Artificial Intelligence (AI) music scraping is currently rampant, and it is escalating rapidly. Much of what powers today’s generative AI systems depends on the mass, unconsented extraction of human-made creative work. This isn’t innovation. It’s exploitation. Independent artists are especially exposed, lacking the legal teams, platforms, and resources of major labels to defend their work even when violations are clear and ongoing.

As an independent artist, my influence may be limited, but silence helps no one. This is one way I can stand up for the future of human creativity and the rights of artists.

Let me be clear: I am not anti-AI. I believe AI can be a powerful creative and refinement tool, and I’m hopeful about its role in shaping the future. But that future must be built ethically. Technology should not advance by erasing or devaluing the humans who create the culture it feeds on. Progress that ignores ethics doesn’t advance humanity - it endangers it.
